Short stays
A supplement of €5.00 per person per day is charged for stays of up to two days.
Bed and breakfast
For bed and breakfast the halfboard rate is reduced by €15.00.
Reductions
Children’s reductions are conditional on children staying in a room with two parents paying full price. There is a 15% reduction for the third and fourth adult staying in the same room.
Children’s price reductions:
- 0-3 years 85%
- 4-6 years 70%
- 7-10 years 50%
- 11-14 years 30%
- From 15 years 15% (and/or 3rd and 4th person in room over 14 years of age)
Supplement for single room
Supplement for single room in “Bergkräuter” category: € 10,00, in double room "Zischghof" €20,00 and in the panoramic views rooms € 25,00.

Changes & cancellations
Reservations will be held by the hotel from 6.00 p.m. onwards, i.e. for the whole night. The following cancellation conditions apply to all reservations. There is no charge for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival; between 29 and 14 days 50% of the total price is chargeable; from 13 days prior to arrival 80% of the total price is chargeable: no shows are charged at 100%. Cancellations must be notified to us directly.
Payment
You can pay by cash until € 999,00 or by cheque. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Dog & Co
We kindly inform our guests, that dogs are not allowed at our hotel.
